Returns Policy

Here at dmodz we are all about retaining customers with great products and a great service, so towards this end we try to make returning goods as painless as possible, mistakes happen you may for example order the wrong part for a build, that's no problem just contact us and we will tell you where to send it, you have up to 60 days with us to send unused  goods back not the standard 14 days, even if your order was over 60 days old drop us an email and we will try to accommodate you we want to help and make using our shop a pleasure, you will however have to pay for the return postage.

The Shop is run by modders so we test and use the products we sell ourselves, so we have a lot of faith in our products but occasionally a faulty product might sneak through, if this happens to you, we are sorry and we will try our utmost to remedy the situation as quickly as possibly by either refunding the cost and delivery of the item or replacing the product (stock allowing) just get in-touch with us either via phone or email and we will put the situation right, we may need to get the product back but this is not always the case, so please contact us prior to sending anything back, the cost of return is our responsibility.

We offer a 12 month warranty on all goods, damaged caused by improper maintenance/use is not covered, this warranty does not cover damage to the users computer or property due to incorrect installation.
