Water Cooling Aluminum vs Copper

Aluminum vs copper in a water cooled system. This is a question we often see, so we are going to try and address it here, there is nothing at all wrong or bad in having aliminuim water cooling parts in your loop, in most cases it offers a cheaper option and is a great way to get into water cooling, alot of people seem to be under the impression that Aliminuim water blocks corrode, well this is kinda true as all metal will corode over time, even yes you guessed it copper, so why the fuss? well therse a thing called Galvanic Corrosion this is bad, very bad in a water cooling loop. What is galvan...

New Barrow waterblock

New Barrow waterblock

Peter 09/05/2020 0
Barrow release another waterblock to their existing range, this time with a more sleek design airing on the side of high class. This block has two distinctive designs, one a nickel plated metal solid. The other a clear acrylic top with the standard high quality LRC RGB lighting we have learned to rely on. The acrylic top from Barrow is certainly eye catching and with the many angles on the cut disperses the light very nicely indeed. Trends in aesthetics come and go with some companies only releasing water blocks like this as limited editions, we think this one may stand the test of time. Check...
